Job Descriptions
The primary objective of the Inside Sales Specialist is to manage and grow relationships and drive expansion and renewals across all solutions (foundational solutions primary) within assigned accounts with have a proactive and systematic approach to working through the assigned account list. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage and grow relationships and drive expansion and renewals across all solutions - Communicate quotes, provide supportive sales documentation and obtain a sales order where there is an opportunity to close a sale. - Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts. - Identify opportunities for up-selling of solutions and services and display superior telephone etiquette.
Qualifications
  1. 2 - 5 years of experiences in administrative tasks.
  2. High responsibility and attention to details.
  3. Good computer literacy with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  4. Good communication & Multitask skill.
  5. Good interpersonal skills to work cross functionally with different business units.
