Job Descriptions
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc
- Handle company’s overall project-administration support and any related documents
- Contact and submit applications and relevant documents with government authorities
- Collaborate with other departments
- Performing other special job as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any fields.
- Have working experience as an administrative officer, secretary, or any other related roles (New graduate are welcome).
- Good command of written and spoken in English
- Full Service mind, good interpersonal skill, able to handle confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize
- Good level of proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Work well under pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks independently
