Job Descriptions

1.Priority will be given to those with Chinese expression and communication and coordination skills, as well as experience in component factory research and development, process, and quality related work. 2. Complete the production and improvement of after-sales technical documents, lead or assist in the development of technical training courseware, and train customers 3. Sort out and feedback market/customer after-sales problems, and work with quality and production departments to promote product quality improvement 4. Follow up the technical demand, R&D design, production and delivery of new energy vehicles 5. Provide guidance or on-site technical support according to the after-sales problems reported by the market/customers, solve the problems encountered by customers, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain and establish BYD's brand image 6. Inspect the materials sent to overseas to work. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Qualifications

Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above
Gender requirements: male or female
Professional requirements: science and engineering or management
Work experience: one year and above quality management experience, automotive lighting process quality experience is preferred,
Skill requirements: proficient in OFFICE office software, basic knowledge of quality management, IATF16949
Language requirements: Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing.
