Job Descriptions
• Set up plan and planning for control quality of GA and follow up. • Planning for follow up pre GA and coaching to open new GA office to achieve number of GA office target in each year. • Planning and organize GA owner and PA development and meeting. • Implement tools for support GA office can work business under AXA policy and consult team to train GA staff for understand. • Planning for follow up and update GA performance with GA owner and report to management team and set recovery plan with management team for coaching GA under performance. • Build up relationship with GA office and partner. • Planning for communication about market conduct rule and reduce fraud. • Planning for communication all announce from company and make sure agency to know.
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
  2. มีประสบการณ์งานประกันชีวิตอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  3. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการติดต่อประสานงานดี
  4. มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และสามารถเดินทางในพื้นที่ภาคอีกสานได้
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
