1.Lead and oversee all phases of complex security solution projects related to expert systems and natural language processing, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and compliance with quality standards and security protocols. 2.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, subject matter experts, security professionals, stakeholders, and clients, to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and security requirements. 3.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, risk mitigation strategies, security testing plans, and project documentation. 4.Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment, transparency, and adherence to security best practices throughout the project lifecycle. 5.Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management, clients, and security teams. 6.Identify and resolve project issues, risks, conflicts, and security vulnerabilities, implementing corrective actions and security measures as necessary. 7.Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks and security threats, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track and secure. 8.Ensure adherence to project methodologies, security protocols, industry standards, organizational policies, and regulatory compliance requirements. 9.Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative, secure, and productive work environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in security solutions, expert systems, or related domains.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and mitigating security risks.
Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PRINCE2, or other relevant Project Management and Security credentials is highly desirable.
