รับผิดชอบและควบคุมการทำงานของห้องอาหารต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเน้นระบบการบริการและการเพิ่มยอดรายได้ตามนโยบายของโรงแรม 1. วางแผนการขายและควบคุมต้นทุน (Budgeting and Cost Control) 2. วางแผนปฏิบัติการในร้าน (Operational) 3. ดูแนวโน้มทางการตลาดเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับยอดขาย (Sales and Marketing) 4. ดูแลและบริหารพนักงาน (Employee handling)

Qualifications

ดูแลความรับผิดชอบการปฏิบัติทั้งในด้านคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการต้อนรับ และการบริการอาหารเครื่องดื่ม
มีวิสัยทัศน์เชิงบวกและมีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์แก้ไขปัญหาได้เป็นอย่างดี
สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ
ตอบสนองความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการและติดตามแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ และสามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
