Job Descriptions

• Be responsible for all QC activities and operation to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications • Management on employee of Quality Control by plan. • Follow up, determine target and performance evaluate. • Moreover, provides recommendations for improvement on the performance of their subordinates. • Fix and decision making when got trouble during operation. • Troubleshoot in-coming, in-process until out-going processes, improve process to be increased the job efficiency. • To communicate with client in order to confirm the quality to meet with their expectation • Manage labour control and volume of job assignment for QA members • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality • Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern • Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained • Conduct QC audit, customer audits and Quality risk analysis at production line • Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology and skills • Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to client • Perform other tasks as assigned by JP management • Quality Control Job o ・Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation o ・Keep all quality matter on shop floor o ・Support QC members

Qualifications

Male / Female
Age 30-40 years
Bacherlor's Deegree in in Production Mangement ,Industrial Technology,Welding or related fields
t least 5-7 years experiences as QC in Steel Structure Business in manufacturing fields.
At least 5 years experience in Management Level
Conversational Middle Level in English
Knowledge in ISO 9001 Standard and the other standard
Leadership personality with team work capability
Good supervisor skills, decision-making ability, effective communication.
Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solution to problems.
