Job Descriptions
1. ทำการพัฒนาบริษัทและรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงการออกแบบของกระบวนการ 2. สนับสนุนเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานของฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ (QC) 3. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น พร้อมหาสาเหตุ เสนอแนวทางแก้ไข และป้องกันปัญหาไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ 4. ประสานงานกับลูกค้าในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ 5. ควบคุม ดูแล ตรวจสอบและสอบเทียบ (Calibration) และการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือวัดต่างๆ 6. ทำการพัฒนาบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ในการผลิต New Model, Mass production 7. ศึกษาและกำหนดมาตรฐาน , วิธีการการผลิต ( เอกสารระดับ 2,3,4 ) ของแผนก 8. อบรมมาตรฐานการทำงาน วิธีปฏิบัติงานและ แนะนำแนวทางแก้ไขเบื้องต้นให้พนักงาน 9. ควบคุมดูแลด้าน Setting Technician ของ Jig fixture ใน Process 10. อบรมพนักงานด้านใช้ Jig fixture ใน Process 11. รับผิดชอบในการจัดทำเอกสาร APQP ตามหน้างานรับผิดชอบ 12. วิเคราะห์ KPI แก้ปัญหา หาแนวทางวิธีการจัดการเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย 13. รายงานปัญหาต่างๆ ให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชาอย่างต่อเนื่อง 14.ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของแผนกและบริษัท 15 .ปฎิบัติตามคำสั่งของผู้บังคับบัญชา 16. ปฎิบัติตามกฎระเบียบความปลอดภัยอย่างเคร่งคัด (อุบัติเหตุต้องเป็นศูนย์) 17. มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของบริษัท เช่น 5 ส. Kaizen 18. ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานระบบ IATF16949,ISO14001 และ ISO 45001
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 23-40 ปี
  2. การศึกษา ปวส-ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ตรงในตำแหน่งอย่างน้อย 1-5 ปี
  4. มีความรู้ทางด้าน QA/QC Engineer เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีความรู้ทางด้านโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point , Auto CAD
  6. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการทำงานด้าน การอ่าน และการเขียน Drawing
  7. สามารถใช้เครื่องมือ CMM หรือ FARO ได้
  8. มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี และ ภาษาจีนในระดับกลาง
  9. มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมดีเยี่ยม
  10. มีความสามารถในการใช้งานและจัดทำแบบด้วยโปรแกรม SolidWorks, AutoCAD หรือโปรแกรมอื่นๆ
