Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนเรื่องวัตถุดิบ กำลังผลิต และการส่งมอบงาน 2.ควบคุมและติดตามสถานการณ์การผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน 3.จัดสรรกำลังพล และเครื่องจักรให้เหมาะสมและเพียงพอต่อการผลิต 4.วิเคราะห์ปัญหา แก้ไข และติดตามประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง  5.บริหารบุคลากรในฝ่ายให้มีทักษะที่เหมาะสมกับตำแหน่งและหน้าที่ 6.สรุปผลการทำงานและนำเสนอรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร  7.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาตามความเหมาะสม
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์เป็นหัวหน้าแผนก หัวหน้าฝ่ายหรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. มีประสบการณ์วางแผนการผลิตหรือควบคุมการผลิต
  3. มีความเป็นผู้นำ และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการแก้ไขปัญหา
  4. สามรถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (Microsoft Office, Email,)
  5. หากมีประสบการณ์โรงหลอมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
