Job Descriptions
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
2. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
3. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
4. Coordinate and complete annual audits
5. Provide recommendations
6. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
7. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Qualifications
- At least 10 years’ experience in accounting or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Master's Degree is a plus
- Good command in English, Speaking & Writing
- Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and ERP
- Must hold CPD license and CPA will be advantage.
- Experience in real estate and property management will be advantage.
