- ดูเเละระบบสาธารณูปโภคภายในอาคาร เช่น ระบบน้ำ ระบบไฟฟ้า เป็นต้น
- เปิด-ปิดระบบต่างๆ ภายในอาคาร
- จดบันทึกการใช้ของ น้ำประปา เเละ ไฟฟ้า
- เเก้ไขปัญหาของเครื่องจักรในระบบ เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า เเละประปา เบื้องต้น
- หรืองานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
