Job Descriptions
• Answering calls/chat/the email from Thai and foreign customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information. • Excellent customer service, focused on all enquiries and provided services • Coordinate to related departments for solving the issues. • Keep records and up-to-date logs of your conversations on our contact center database system • Work towards KPI’s to earn your monthly bonuses! Qualifications
  1. At least 1 years of experience Contact center / Customer Service field
  2. Flexibility with rotational shifts (9:00 - 18:00 , 12:00 - 21:00)
  3. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai/English
  5. Open to learning and having open-mindedness
