Job Descriptions
1. ร่างและตรวจสอบสัญญา ข้อตกลง ประกาศและเอกสารทางกฎหมายของบริษัท รวมทั้งให้คำแนะนำด้านกฎหมายเพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจทางการบริหาร
2. ให้คำแนะนำทางกฎหมายกับผู้จัดการและบุคลากรในบริษัท
3. ติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการเพื่อทำนิติกรรมต่าง ๆ
4. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 25-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์ ในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Word, Excel ได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี, ละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ และสามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้(เป็นครั้งคราว)
