Job Descriptions

Being a pivotal role in providing operational assistance and support to ensure the smooth functioning of transportation activities within the organization. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, resolving issues, and implementing solutions to optimize transport processes. This role requires a strong understanding of transportation logistics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation-related inquiries and support requests from internal teams, external partners, and customers. Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including shipment details, carrier performance, and incident reports. Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with transport sub-contractor to get the truck capacity to cover volumes forecasted Track transport dial performance and prepare KPI’s report Resolve daily transport operation If any required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing transportation challenges.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
