Responsible for overseeing all aspects of transportation operations within the company ,ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods and personnel, managing transportation staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics and transportation processes. Manage transportation staff, including drivers, dispatchers, and administrative personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery and Transport’s KPI are achieved Identify and mitigate risks related to transportation operations, including accidents, delays, and disruptions Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing transportation operations, including safety regulations, licensing requirements, and environmental regulation Manage actual transport cost to align with budget and business plan

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Engineering, Business administration or related fields
More than 5 years of experiences in Transport management is preferred
Good analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills
Strong in planning, organizing
Good negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English
Being able to work independently and under pressure with business partners
