Job Descriptions

Responsible for overseeing the transportation operations during a specific shift and lead a team of Frontline & drivers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Directly supervise transportation activities during the assigned shift, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and according to schedule. Lead and motivate a team of drivers, dispatchers, and other transportation related parties by providing guidance, training, and support as needed Respond promptly to any transportation-related emergencies or incidents, coordinating with emergency services and implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation management, or a related field preferred).
Proven experience in transportation operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills
