customer needs in quantity, quality, price and delivery time- Engineering support for manufacturing process (Heat treatment, Caburizing, Chromizing, T6 Heat treatment)Manage design changes - Solve technical or engineering issue problem- Manage and control all concerned areas to meet the standards requirement of company quality management system - Coach and evaluate subordinates performance in according to annual company, team, and individual targets - Perform a good management such as organizing, planning, controlling materials usage to ensure a quality products and company goals
