1. To provide data analysis and interpretation for business plans and cross functions related to business performance and issues.
2. Work with the transformation planning team to identify business strategy and transition the business into the new version.
3. Work closely with the Commercial Division to identify key customer needs and opportunities to develop an event plan which will be executed by the commercial, operations and marketing teams.
4. To prepare trade gap analysis to initiate trade plan and its activities & manage the evaluation and analysis of competitors, promotions, and events performance to determine effectiveness and recommend the appropriate corrective plan to close the gap (if any) and better plan for future
5. To prepare and brief periodic plan including required mechanic, space allocation etc.
6. To ensure appropriate lead-times are identified and controlled to deliver all KPIs.
