Job Descriptions

A data analyst's role involves collecting, processing, and analysing data to provide insights and support decision-making. They often work with large datasets, employing statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) to interpret data and create reports. Overall, data analysts play a critical role in helping organizations make informed decisions based on data-driven insights. 1. To provide data analysis and interpretation for business plans and cross functions related to business performance and issues. 2. Work with the transformation planning team to identify business strategy and transition the business into the new version. 3. Work closely with the Commercial Division to identify key customer needs and opportunities to develop an event plan which will be executed by the commercial, operations and marketing teams. 4. To prepare trade gap analysis to initiate trade plan and its activities & manage the evaluation and analysis of competitors, promotions, and events performance to determine effectiveness and recommend the appropriate corrective plan to close the gap (if any) and better plan for future 5. To prepare and brief periodic plan including required mechanic, space allocation etc. 6. To ensure appropriate lead-times are identified and controlled to deliver all KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analysis and Management or any related fields.
3 – 5 years’ experience in Business or Data Analysis with a Foods / dynamic business background would be an advantage.
Experience in data analysis tools i.e., Power BI, Tableau and SQL would be an advantage.
Strong in Data analytics & reporting.
Strong at using MS Office, especially in Excel.
Data Interpretation and able to connect relevant information from varieties of sources.
Able to point out the key factors and alternative solutions.
Flexibility and Adaptation.
Keen and self-starter, working under pressure, not being ready, and having extremely limited time.
Problem solving skills must have.
Enthusiastic to learn, and willing to join and create the journey together with a transformation company.
