Job Descriptions

Electrical Construction Material Division Product: Wiring Device, Socket, Receptacle, Switch - Receiving order from the Oracle system, extract data into excel file for checking the correction of Model item, price, order quantities with standard box, all values of data with master order from customer - Receiving order from the non-Oracle system e.g. PO paper in .pdf file, key data in Oracle and check all correction - Weekly report to our team for problem, any obstacle things and solving ways also the achievement of work with deadline - Miscellaneous works about the HR development / other company, contributions and correspondence with the ISO 9001:2015 standard - Coordinating with team for factory activities e.g. factory tour from guest markets

Qualifications

5 years of experience in PO receiving in system such as Oracle, SAP, AS400 or any concerned
Bachelor's degree in business administration or any concerned.
Be able to communication in English well.
Be able to use MS. Excel.
