•Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to promote laboratory testing services in target industries food, pharmaceutical, environmental, cosmetics, etc.). •Identify emerging market trends and customer requirements to shape new testing solutions and service innovations. •Establish strong retionships with B2B clients including manufacturers, government agencies, exporters, and regulatory bodies. •Collaborate closely with technical laboratory teams to translate complex testing capabilities into client-focused value prons. •Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring client satisfaction and long-tention. •Oversee digital marketing campaigns and content strategies to promote thought leadership in scientific testing services. •Analyze customer feedback, market data, and campaign performance to continuously improve marketing strategies. •Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and KPI reporting aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Science ,Biotech, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years in B2B sales and marketing, specifically in laboratory testing or scientific services, ideally with clients in food, health,
environment, or industrial manufacturing.
Strong understanding of B2B technical sales and customer engagement in industries requiring compliance and quality assurance.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 standards, regulatory testing frameworks (e.g. FDA, GMP, HACCP), and client needs in
Compliance and quality assurance.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability explain complex technical services in accessible terms.
