Job Descriptions
1. ปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน และจัดทำงบการเงินต่างๆ เช่น งบดุล, งบกำไรขาดทุน, งบกระแสเงินสด และรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน ให้เสร็จทันตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
2. จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้และเอกสารประกอบการแจ้งหนี้ พร้อมทั้งบันทึกบัญชีด้านรายรับและลูกหนี้การค้าทุกประเภท
3. บันทึกตั้งเจ้าหนี้การค้า และค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ เข้าระบบบัญชี รวมทั้งจัดทำใบสำคัญจ่ายเพื่อเสนอขออนุมัติจ่ายจากผู้บริหาร พร้อมทั้ง ตัดจ่ายเจ้าหนี้ที่ถึงกำหนดชำระ และส่งเอกสารไปยังฝ่ายการเงินเพื่อจัดทำเช็ค
4. บันทึกรายการปรับปรุงทางบัญชีต่างๆ ทั้งทางด้านรายรับและรายจ่าย ทุกสิ้นเดือน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี บัญชี / หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์บัญชี 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้ MS. Excel ฟังก์ชั่น VLOOKUP, Pivot table ได้
- สามารถใช้ระบบ SAP ได้
