Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: 1. Serve customer by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. 2. Maintain customer records by updating account information. 3. Maintain price list. 4. Order Entry. 5. Check product availability. 6. Coordination with Supply Chain for products availability. 7. Arrange shipments. 8. Issue correct shipping documentation. 9. Solicit pending payments. 10. Support Sales Managers. 11. Supply various documentation to customers. 12. Contribute to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem. Benefits: 1. 5-day working per week 2. Accident Insurance 3. Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in related field
