Job Descriptions

General Description - Coordinate with customer service and accountant. Specific Accountabilities - Coordinate with exporter, Carrier Mgt, Shipping, Sales, Export consol - Issue HAWB PROCARS, MAWB (Airline document) and scan/ fax to exporter for review. - Exporter problem solving e.g. delay delivery, oversea approval before ship - Overseas communication either mail or call. - Check departure/conflict with carrier Mgt. and update overseas, exporter, as mention in OCP - Check transit time and update EDI along with report HOD. - Create shipping instruction and reserve space via Web-base booking - Document filing - Update departure/conflict flight in system - Send original AWB / Form A/ CO /Export entry (if any) to exporter - Perform any other duties as when assigned by immediate superior. - In details as per WI-CS - Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
