Job Descriptions
1.รับเอกสารPO,invoice,เอกสารเรียกเก็บเงินอื่นๆ จากแผนกต่าง ๆ ตรวจความครบถ้วนและถูกต้องของเอกสาร ตรวจสอบจำนวนเงิน ส่งการเงินจ่าย
2. ลงบันทึกบัญชีสำหรับการซื้อในระบบ บันทึกบัญชีสำหรับการซื้อ รวมถึงการบันทึกใบกำกับภาษีย้อนหลัง
3.จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ (ภพ.30) ,ภงด.1, ภงด.3, ภงด.53,สปส.10-1
4. จัดทำสรุปยอดในสมุดรายวันซื้อและจัดทำใบสำคัญทั่วไปพร้อมทั้งบันทึกบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกสิ้นเดือน
5. บันทึกรายการตั้งหนี้ค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ จาก PO WO และ OF
6. บันทึกรายการปรับปรุงในสมุดรายวันทั่วไป GL
7. ทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงินตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
8. งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ : ชาย/หญิง
- วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์ : มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านบัญชี 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Mango
