Job Descriptions- Review the list of historical quality issues and customer complaints during the development of new projects, and work with the new product development project team to track and verify the closure of historical issues.
- Prepare a verification plan for CP, SIP and customer requirements: testing items, frequency, quantity, testing methods, etc., and submit it to the immediate superior for review. Organize and implement the approved verification plan, and provide regular feedback and summary to the immediate superior on the completion of the verification; track and close non-conforming items discovered during the verification.
- Clarify the customer's EPC early production containment requirements according to the customer's requirements, and formulate an EPC early production containment plan and effectively communicate with the customer, implement EPC early production containment to achieve zero defect outflow, establish a ledger for internal problems during the EPC period, and organize the team to close , and report the progress and results to the director of the Quality Assurance Department.
- Manage and implement mass product MSA measurement system analysis & SPC statistical process control & process hierarchical audit, and meet the requirements of key customers, key products and key production lines according to the PDCA cycle
- Responsible for organizing the analysis of the causes of abnormal quality problems in the production process, the review of corrective action plans and submitting them to the immediate superior
- Responsible for the statistics, analysis, output of analysis results, improvement directions and effect predictions of each quality data report of the products produced by each department, and report to the immediate superior
- Responsible for customer complaint information and confirmation of returned products under the jurisdiction
- Responsible for the submission of 8D reports, five-principle tables, etc.
