Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: • Follow up as new product schedule and ECN • Document preparation refer from APQP, PPAP requirement • Machine, Tooling, Equipment preparation for production of new product • Test the capability of machine and process • Preparation product sample for customer approve • Coordinate with cross functional and customer and sub-contractor • Improvement and development machine, tooling, equipment and process to have the efficiency, suitable and safety • Improvement and development product • Reduce machine breakdown for increase OEE • Improvement process for increasing JPH. • Check and improvement machine, equipment, tooling and process for reduce defect rate • Coaching operator and relate function about new product, quality, method, process and including SC point, assembly important point • Analyze problems that happen with non-conforming products in the production process • Examine to assess the risks that may cause malfunctions in the production process • Coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems arising in the production process • Develop and implement solution using problem solving such FTA
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
  2. 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing Engineer in automotive industry
  3. Experience in SMT process, PCB process and New Model process
  4. Knowledge of IATF16949, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, WI
  5. Familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  6. Good Communication Skills and Problem Solving Analysis
  7. Able to communicate in English
