Job Descriptions1. Manage and control HR&GA functions Strategies : Manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, training process, Performance management, Compensation, Employee relation, etc.
2. Manage administrative for company : Company car rentals, Housekeeper, Gardener, Welfare shop, Company activity, ISO, PDPA, Welfare Committee, law Committee, Safety Committee etc.
3. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits and report to management and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making.
4. Develop and maintain Human Resources policies, working rules and practices.
5. Plan and managing the budgets center in company and forecast of the HR&GA Department.
6. Provides support and guidance to HR&GA Team, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise, may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing and terminations.
7. Responsible for drafting and reviewing the company's business contracts, which can effectively identify, avoid and manage contract legal risks by Thai and English at the business level. (Very important to have experience.)
