Job Descriptions
Experienced in the field of mobile phones
1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Control and improve SLA; achieve agreement
2. Service Center Quality Control
Control and improve Repeat repair
3. Online & Call center
Monitor and feedback information to customer within 24 hr.
4. Spare part inventory control
Control and monitor stock Sufficient to support repair work
5. Customer Satisfaction:
Monitor and analyze customer feedback for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 5 years of experience in after-sales operations, and experience in multiple after-sales positions are preferred.
- Proficient in English; Chinese speaking ability is preferred.
- Experienced in the field of mobile phones, IT, electrical appliances
