Job Descriptions

・Control and improve working performance of subordinates. ・Maintain and ensure consistency of auditing and inspection following the established Process Control Plan and Acceptance Sampling Plan on the shop floor. ・Participate in problem-solving efforts with all concerned departments to investigate and follow up the actions are met both internal and external customers. ・Provide support for handling non-conforming material, root cause analysis and mistake proofing. ・Provide support for activities of Quality Management System. ・Encourage and motivate subordinates to participate the established continuous improvement projects. ・Supervise team, and provide guidance to subordinates. ・Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

Male / Female Age 30 - 45 years old.
Bachelor degree
Minimum 10 years of experience in QA,QC in the welding industry
Management Experience (Minimum 5 people)
English: Between from Business to Conversation Lv.
Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14001, Manufacturing system, Kaizen, TPM, Just in time systems
Japanese skill
