Job Descriptions- Responsible for supervising a sales team, selling sausage casings and food ingredients to customers in Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Indentify business opportunities and implement action plans on a regular basis, ensuring feedback to the Management.
- Visiting clients, maintaining relationship with existing clients and finding new clients to expand marketing share.
- Manage sales team by coaching, motivating, supervise, delegating and follow up to achieve department sales.
- Coordinating and troubleshooting between clients and company including control delivery
on time.
- Regularly communicate with overseas supplier & local colleagues through daily work.
- Managing all sales activities to achieve the company’s sales target.
- Develop and maintain long-term good relationships with customers and suppliers to maximize business growth potential and customer satisfaction.
- Look at cost & price for all the products.
- Help setting sales target.
Qualifications - Thai nationality, age 35 years old above
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineer, Marketing or any related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in Sales Manager or Assistance Sales Manager of food ingredients, preferable background in meat processing Industry with supervisory experience.
- Very good in relationship building and strong team player
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Good computer literate skills in MS Office (Word Excel, Powerpoint)
- Able to travel up country and abroad
- Good matt skills.
