Job Descriptions
1 Management company reserve fund.2According to the bank statements and payment slips sent by the finance
colleagues at the headquarters, declare the company's value-added tax and
withholding tax before the deadline every month. The declaration will be
made after confirmation by the finance colleagues.3Sort out all the taxes that the company needs to declare and the
corresponding deadline for declaration. (To prevent late declarations).4Organize the quotations and invoices received from suppliers and send
them to colleagues in the purchasing/administrative department in a
timely manner ถCollect relevant tax stamps based on the company's business and
properly keep the company's tax stamps and documents.6Review and collect employees’daily reimbursement receipts.
