Our client is one of the world’s renowned food manufacturers and trading companies. It was established in Thailand in 1984. Over the years, our client has become a leading international food products supplier offering a wide range of products. location: Bankaeng, Sakaew Salary: 50,000-70,000 THB/Month Job Description - Being responsible for all aspects of HR and general functions of the company focus on Engineering Department. - Overseeing a full scope of HR activities, including performance management systems, recruitment, employee relations, organization effectiveness, and people development. - Ensuring that policies comply with labor laws. - Implementing and monitoring company policies under labor laws and regulations. - Providing leadership, management, coaching, and mentoring to HR professionals and other personnel within the company. - Working closely with management to improve HR policies, employee relationships, engagement, retention, and performance. - Overseeing recruitment, talent management, training, compensation, benefits, and organization development. - Preparing reports, submissions, and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters. working on Monday-Friday : 8.00-17.00 with 2 Saturdays Welfare: - Variable Bonus (depends on exp) - IPD/OPD - Provident fund - Annual leave

Qualifications

33 – 40 years old. Thai Nationality
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, or a related field.
At least 6-10 years of experience in HR & General Administration+ operation payroll functions, especially in retail and food Manufacturing is preferred.
Strong knowledge and experience of HRM, HRD, Operation Payroll.
Good interpersonal skills, mature and positive attitude.
Strategic thinking ability and proactive with good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Strong understanding of Employee Relations Management.
Strong background of manage staff in manufacturing more than 500 people.
working on Monday to Friday with 2 Saturday per month
able to travel to head office at Samutprakan
