รายละเอียดงานและความรับผิดชอบ: 1.เตรียมงบทดลอง งบกำไรขาดทุน บัญชีเจ้าหนี้/ลูกหนี้ และรายงานการเงินอื่น ๆ 2.เปิด po 3.สนับสนุนกระบวนการปิดเดือนและปิดปี 4.เอกสารธุรกรรมการเงินโดยการป้อนข้อมูลบัญชี 5.พิสูจน์ธุรกรรมการเงินโดยการตรวจสอบเอกสาร 6.รักษาข้อมูลการเงินโดยการสำรองฐานข้อมูล 7.ผลิตรายงานการบัญชีที่ไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดและนำเสนอผลลัพธ์ 8.ตรวจสอบและแนะนำการปรับเปลี่ยนระบบบัญชีและกระบวนการบัญชีที่ยอมรับทั่วไป 9.สื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพกับลูกค้า 10.ช่วยเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าผ่านการจับมือกับบุคลากรของลูกค้า 11.สื่อสารกับผู้จัดการและ/หรือผู้อำนวยการเกี่ยวกับสถานะการทำงานและปัญหาของลูกค้าที่เกิดขึ้น 12.รายงานการเงินขององค์กรให้กับผู้บริหารและให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการใช้ทรัพยากร กลยุทธ์ภาษี และสมมติฐานที่อยู่ในการพยากรณ์งบประมาณ
Qualifications
  1. อายุ: 23-40 ปี
  2. ประสบการณ์การทำงาน: 2-5 ปี
  3. ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เหมาะสมหรือประสบการณ์การทำงานเทียบเท่า
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการสร้างรายงานการเงิน
  5. มีประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีทั่วไปและกระบวนการปิดปี/ปิดเดือน
  6. มีทักษะในการใช้และบริหารจัดการซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีอย่างดีเยี่ยม
  7. มีความรู้ในกฎหมายภาษี
  8. มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีเป็นประโยชน์ (เช่น PEAK / EXPRESS)
  9. สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เป็นประโยชน์)
  10. มีความรู้ลึกเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนและหลักการบัญชีพื้นฐานรวมทั้งหลักการบัญชีที่ได้รับการยอมรับทั่วไป (GAAP)
