Job Descriptions
- Issue billing, create document concerned such as SO, PO in internal system.
- Create invoice payment to vendor within timeline.
- Verify cost, check concerned documents and send logistics billing to client on time.
- Other jobs as assigned by team leader.
Qualifications
- Age 23- 30 years.
- Diploma in Accounting, Logistics or other related field.
- Having knowledge of billing in import-export and transportation at least 1 year will be an advantage
- Fair command of English.
- Good skills with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Fast learning & high sense of responsibility
