Job Descriptions
- Monitor ระบบ Network, Security, Server, Storage และ Software - Monitoring Hardware (Server – x86,Storage,Network,Firewall,SAN Switch,Proxy - Support Software (SDDC Infrastructure,Centralized User Profile,Backup System,Network Infrastructure(Cisco ) - Single Contact Point : เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่หลักในการรับแจ้ง Incident Request และ Change Request - Dispatch Request : เมื่อตรวจสอบว่าเป็นส่วนงานอื่นดูแลรับผิดชอบ จะส่ง Request ไปยังทีมงานที่รับผิดชอบส่วนนั้นให้ดำเนินการ - Daily Monitoring : Monitor ระบบ IT Infrastructure (Network, Security, Server, Storage และ Software) โดยเมื่อพบความผิดปกติจะแจ้งให้ Help Desk และทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบเพื่อหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา - Daily Report : สรุปรายงานประเภทและจำนวนของ Incident Request รายวัน
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 23 -35 ปี
  2. ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์,วิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคม, หรือสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบเครือข่ายอย่างน้อย1- 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีความเข้าใจในระบบ Network Infrastructure
  5. มีทักษะในการติดตั้งใช้งาน และแก้ไขปัญหา ระบบ Network, Security, Server, Storage ,Software
  6. มีCertification CCNA หรือเคยTrainingCCNAจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (ทำงาน 5 วัน / สัปดาห์)
