Job Descriptions
"Customer Service" - ดูแลต้อนรับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการ ผู้ประสานงานภายในคลินิก - นำเสนอข้อมูลบริการเบื้องต้นและแนะนำโปรโมชั่น, คอร์สต่างๆ - จัดการตารางนัดหมาย ติดต่อ ตอบคำถามลูกค้าหน้าคลินิกและออนไลน์ - เข้าเคสช่วยเหลือหัตถการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย "Administration" - งานธุรการระบบคนไข้ จัดเตรียมเอกสารเวชระเบียน และลงทะเบียนคนไข้ - cashier,จัดเตรียมใบเสนอค่าบริการ,รายงานรายรับ-รายจ่าย - ดูแลความเรียบร้อยภายในคลินิก เตรียมความพร้อมของคลินิก - ทำงานร่วมกับทีมประสานรับ-ส่งผลตรวจ,ยา - งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สว้สดิการ ค่าล่วงเวลา OT - ประกันสังคม - วันลา, วันหยุดนักขตฤกษ์,วันหยุดบริษัท - ตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี - วงเงินรักษาสุขภาพ&สวัสดิการครอบครัว - ชุดฟอร์ม - งานเลี้ยงบริษัท
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป บุคลิกภาพและอัธยาศัยดี
  2. ปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสาธารณสุข, วิทยาศาสตร์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. ประสบการณ์ตรงด้านคลินิก wellness, งานต้อนรับลูกค้าและงาน Admin จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. รักงานบริการ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง พร้อมเรียนรู้ มีความเป็นทีมเวิร์ค
  5. สามารถใช้งานระบบคอมพิวเตอร์, โปรแกรมเวชระเบียน, คลังยา, Social Media
  6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ และ/หรือ ภาษาจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
