Job Descriptions
1.โทรนัดหมายลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งรับรถลูกค้า
2.สอบถาม/รับฟัง ปัญหาจากผลิตภัณฑ์
3.ดำเนินการเปิด JOB ซ่อมเพื่อส่งรถซ่อมให้แก่ลูกค้าพร้อมส่งรถให้กับผู้มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบลำดับถัดไป
4.แจ้งรายละเอียดงานซ่อมบำรุงพร้อมพร้อมทั้งเสนอราคา
5.วางบิลลูกค้าและแจ้งรายละเอียดการรับบริการครั้งต่อไป
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- อ่อนน้อม สุภาพ มีวาทะศิลป์ในการเจรจา
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ในระดับดี
- ละเอียด รอบคอบ และสามารถติดตามงานได้
- ขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
- มีความรู้ด้านรถยนต์ หรือ ด้านการบริการเกี่ยวกับรถยนต์เป็นอย่างดี
