Job Descriptions
– จัดหาและคัดเลือกซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่ เปรียบเทียบราคาและต่อรองราคา ติดต่อกับ Supplier เพื่อตามสินค้าให้ถูกตามที่สั่ง และได้ต้นทุนที่ต่ำที่สุด - สั่งซื้อสินค้า ทำ PO – วางแผนการทำงานและตรวจสอบใบขอซื้อ – ดูแลจัดการออกใบสั่งซื้อ และประสานงานระหว่างซัพพลายเออร์กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง – ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Shipping / Freight Fowarder – จัดทำข้อมูลรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอื่นๆ ของส่วนงานจัดซื้อตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย – ติดตามการสั่งซื้อให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดการจัดส่งสินค้า และความต้องการของแต่ละฝ่ายในองค์กรอย่างถูกต้อง - งานอื่นๆ จะได้รับมอบหมายตามสายรายงาน ทำงาน 6 วัน วันจันทร์ - เสาร์ เวลา 09.00 - 18.00 น.
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  2. อายุ 24 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. เพศ ชาย หรือ หญิง
  4. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหาร / โลจิสติกส์ / ภาษาอังกฤษ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  5. สามารถสื่อสารเเละใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ-จีน ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการจัดหาและตรวจสอบราคา
  7. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม excel ได้ดี
  8. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
  9. สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
  10. มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
