1.ทำการตรวจสอบข้อมูลอย่างละเอียดกับธนาคารและผู้ให้บริการต่างๆ เช่น บริษัทลขานุการ บริษัทตรวจสอบบัญชี และสำนักงานกฎหมาย เป็นต้น 1.Do due diligence on banks and service providers such as secretarial companies, auditing firms, law firms etc. 2.ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการเพื่อจัดตั้ง ดำเนินงาน และบำรุงรักษาบริษัทในต่างประเทศ 2.Coordinate with service providers to incorporate, operate and maintain offshore companies 3.จัดเตรียมเอกสารเพื่อการพิสูจน์ตัวตน (KYC) 3.Prepare KYC documents 4.ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการเพื่อปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย 4.Coordinate with service providers to fulfill the directives of stakeholders 5.ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าบริการนั้นได้รับการให้บริการตรงตามเวลาและมีคุณภาพดี 5.Make sure that the service is delivered on time and is of good quality 6.ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าบริษัทที่จัดตั้งขึ้นปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับ 6.Ensure that incorporated companies comply with regulations
