Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process, namely, screening resume to issuing employment contract
• Collaborate with Line managers to set qualification criteria for hiring positions
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens to create a shortlist of qualified candidates and arrange interview appointments
• Interviewing candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in Mass Recruitment background is preferrable
- Able to work under pressure and hard working
- positive thinking and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy: Microsoft office
- Good communication skills and relationship-building skills
