Job Descriptions
1. Revision of enterprise rules and regulations Organize the preparation of relevant systems for enterprise human resource management, implement various systems for human resource management, organize implementation, and revise them regularly. 2. "Selection, employment, training, retention, and resignation" of enterprise employees Develop employee recruitment plans, organize interviews and re-examinations, and recruit new employees based on the needs of various departments of the enterprise and the job requirements. Organize the formulation of training plans for various positions of the enterprise and implement them specifically\Evaluate the effects, improve the quality of employees, and enhance the driving force of enterprise development. 4. Organize various departments to implement employee performance appraisals. 5. Responsible for daily personnel-related work such as social security, visas, and corporate culture construction. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management or human resources related majors.
  2. Can speak at least one foreign language (Chinese or English), and those who can speak Chinese will be given priority.
  3. More than 3 years of experience in personnel-related work.
  4. Proficient in Thai labor laws and related policies.
  5. Age 30-40.
