Job Descriptions
Job Summary The Quality Executive / Senior Executive plays a critical role in developing innovative quality control processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position is essential in overseeing supplier quality programs and supporting the Quality Manager in various strategic initiatives. It requires strong analytical skills, a solid background in quality management, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed quality objectives. Main Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control plans to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts in quality management systems, processes, and procedures. • Coordinate and lead customer audit activities, including preparation, execution, and resolution of audit findings. • Provide guidance and support for quality assurance activities, including risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) implementation. • Take ownership of supplier quality management processes, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and improvement initiatives. • Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate quality-related risks across the supply chain. • Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk. • Support the Quality Manager in developing and implementing strategic quality initiatives and objectives. • Mentor and coach junior quality team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, or related discipline). Master’s degree will be advantage.
  2. Progressive experience in quality management roles, with a focus on quality control, assurance, and improvement within manufacturing environments.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
  4. Proven track record of successfully leading customer audits and managing supplier quality relationships.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive data-driven decision-making.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute quality strategies aligned with business objectives.
  8. Demonstrate good command in both spoken and written English, facilitating effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  9. Possess good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
  10. Excel in working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and navigate high-stakes situations with composure and efficiency.
