Job Descriptions

• Maintains all fixed asset that is used in stores. According to the schedule of store open and working process of the entire asset account system • Allocate tag numbers to fixed assets to effectively. • Recheck and reconcile fixed asset entries transferred to stores between the warehouse system and the fixed asset register are accurate and complete. • Maintains and monitor fixed asset activities and movement as request by each department e.g., repair, replacement, spare. • Monitor and follow up on accrued items of assets. • Maintains and follows accounting and procedures in compliance with internal controls. • Continuing to improve the internal work process. • Co-ordinate both with internal and external department. • Performing other and ad-hoc tasks as required by Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
At least 1-5 years of experience in Fixed Asset
At least 1-5 years working experience in accounting/auditing.
Able to use SAP program
Able to MS Office - Excel
Strong in inter-personal, communication and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Proficient in Excel is requried
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation (e.g., SQL Query) is a plus
