Job Descriptions
1. Perform call/chat monitoring and provide trend data to the E-commerce in-house team and site management team. 2. Use a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at the team and individual level. 3. Monitor customer care email responses 4. Participate in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations. 5. Provide action able data to various internal support groups as needed. 8. Coordinate and facilitate call & chat calibration sessions. 7. Provide feedback to call center team leaders and managers. 8. Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, English with B2-C2 level and above. (Good)
  2. Strong coaching and commnunication skills.
  3. Minimum of 1 year experience within a contact center environment as a QA
  4. Experience in customer services.
  5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, Energetic and motivating individual.
  6. Strong coaching and people-development t skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
  7. Creative and critical thinking skills.
