Job Descriptions
Job Description
1. Overview daily routine / operating / corrective action / emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes equipment and machinery.
2. Support to solve the technical problems on the manufacturing processes equipment and machinery to ensures the goods delivery supply to plant production.
3. Handling daily routine by coordinating with all stakeholders – All users, Safety, Quality, GMP&HACCP, FSSC, Other standard requirements, suppliers in term of technical details to complete the trouble issues in time and budget.
4. Setup and maintain the calibrate or adjust program for manufacturing processes equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it complies with specifications or instructions / requirement.
5. PM plan and Store spare parts management and readiness to ensure the functions reliably and complies with plant PM program requirement .
6. People development - develop the engineering team and train/identify training needs to the team so they can be high performance team.
7. Controlling overall plant basic safety, sanitation, machine & structural comply to GMP & HACCP, FSSC, Other standard requirements.
8. Additional Responsibilities : Other improvement work as per assignment to support plant Safety and/or other execution work.
Qualifications
- Engineering graduate in electrical or related field.
- 5-10 years experience in Machine Maintenance, Food industry is advantage.
- Good leadership skills and knowledgeable on planning, organizing, inventory and maintenance.
- Can communicate effectively in English and computer literate.
