Job Descriptions
-Concept design and scope of work for each project Estimation of costs for the bid work -Preparation of bids and proposals for jobs -Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to achieve integrated design. -Perform other M&E Design tasks as assigned by the supervisor. -Report to the GM of the M&E Department
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Engineer
  2. 3 years' experience in Design & Estimate work in the construction field
  3. An engineering license is required.
  4. Computer literate in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.,
  5. Knowledgeable in the construction industry
  6. Experience working with a Japanese company is preferred.
  7. Strong attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
  8. Good teamwork, possess effective Communication.
  9. Work hard and be able to work under pressure very well.
  10. Immediately starting is an advantage.
