Job Descriptions

-Research and Development of the products. -Research and Development of the new products as customer requirement and market situations on safety standard. -Continue improvement the formula of each product. -Sourcing new ingredients and raw materials. -Preparing and create menu with the company's products. -Searching and contact concerned suppliers. -Coordinate with internal such as Sales Dept. and external department. -Testing Brix, PH, Acid etc. -Report to Senior GM(Japanese).

Qualifications

Female / Male, age 25 - 40 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Sciences, Food Technology, Food Industrial or related fields.
Have experiences at least 3 - 5 years in food industrial as R&D
Have experiences in food industrial especially sauce and seasoning will be considered in advance.
Knowledge about FDA . processing and submission.
Knowledge in quality systems of food industrial.
Experiences in Japanese company will be preferred.
