Job Descriptions

Duties include plating dishes and completing basic food prepping tasks for the restaurant. Main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked. หน้าที่ ได้แก่ การจัดจานและงานเตรียมอาหารขั้นพื้นฐานสำหรับร้านอาหาร หน้าที่หลัก ได้แก่ การเตรียมและปรุงอาหารในสถานีเฉพาะ ทำความสะอาดพื้นที่เตรียมอาหาร และดูแลให้มีสต็อกในครัว -Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations ช่วยจัดสต๊อกและจัดสเตชั่นในครัว -Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetisers and snacks จัดเตรียมอาหารรวมทั้งทำความสะอาดและหั่นวัตถุดิบและปรุงอาหารจานหลัก ขนมหวาน อาหารเรียกน้ำย่อยและของว่าง -Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance การจัดจานอาหารที่เตรียมไว้ตามคำแนะนำของเชฟอาวุโส -Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts ล้างและทำความสะอาดห้องครัวและอุปกรณ์ทำอาหารและจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์เมื่อสิ้นสุดกะ -Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานและสุขอนามัยของห้องครัวเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัยของอาหาร

Qualifications

Thai/ Burmese. English is an advantage. สัญชาติไทย/พม่า สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
Experience in a professional restaurant cooking western cuisine preferred and a good understanding of hygiene principles and methods.มีประสบการณ์ในร้านอาหาร และเป็นมืออาชีพในการปรุงอาหารตะวันตก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งมีประสบการณ์ด้านอาหารอิตาเลียนและมีความเข้าใจในหลักการและวิธีการด้านสุขอนามัยเป็นอย่างดี
