Job Descriptions
- Gathering requirements, analyzing and understanding clients’ need. รวบรวมความต้องการ วิเคราะห์ และเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า - Assist clients with implementation and training. ช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในการดำเนินการและการฝึกอบรม - Implement and configure ERP application and consulting customers. ดำเนินการและกำหนดค่าแอปพลิเคชันของระบบ ERP และให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้า - Provide pre-sales and post-sales support as needed. ให้การสนับสนุนก่อนการขายและหลังการขายตามความจำเป็น - Train end users in specific modules of ERP application. สอนการใช้งานผู้ใช้ปลายทางในโมดูลเฉพาะของแอปพลิเคชัน ERP
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language, Arts or related field.
  2. Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above or at the same level).
  3. Proficiency in computer skills.
  4. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships both internal and external.
  5. Work experience in the IT field will be an advantage.
