Job Descriptions
1. รับงาน - เปิด Job ในระบบ
2. ประสานงาน Sales, ลูกค้า สายเรือ Shipping เตรียมเอกสารขาออก
3. ทำ Booking กับสายเรือ
4. ส่ง Booking Confirmation ให้กับลูกค้า และ Overseas Agent
5. จองรถ กรณี Term Ex-work / FCA
6. ส่ง Draft ใบขน Term Ex-work
7. ยื่น SI, VGM แก่สายเรือ
8. ร่าง Draft BLs ให้ลูกค้า และ Overseas Agent เพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้อง
9. ทำเอกสารเบิกจ่าย ค่ารับ B/L กับบัญชี
10. ส่งงาน Messenger รับ BL และส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้า
11. จัดทำ Debit Note / Credit Note
12. ตรวจสอบ เอกสารชุดวางบิลก่อนส่งบัญชี
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำเอกสารส่งออก
- ขยัน อดทน ทำงานรวดเร็ว ละเอียด รอบคอบ และเรียนรู้ไว
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี มีความกระตือรือร้นและ ใฝ่เรียนรู้
